Building Healthy Brains with Ping Pong and Other Brain and Body Stimulating Activities
Brain GamesTM is a Fun and Active Way to Improve Your Brain Health
There are many lifestyle choices you can make to maintain a healthy body. But what about the steps you can take to support an aging brain? Brain GamesTM is our unique program that helps stimulate brain function, improve balance and circulation, advises on eating a healthy diet while teaching new tasks.
Table Tennis (Ping Pong) is a Great Brain Stimulator
Dr. Oz, Dr. Amen and Dr. Wendy Suzuki all agree that Ping Pong is a healthy way to stimulate your body and brain because it requires movement, focus, eye-hand coordination, strategy and counting skills. There is additional evidence to support the use of therapeutic table tennis to improve brain health especially with Alzheimers disease.
