Posture Perfect!TM Helps Improve Bone Health Naturally!
Posture Perfect!TM is a health-based exercise and activity program that helps build stronger bones while lowering fracture and falls risk. Each class helps you feel and look better by improving your posture, balance, strength, flexibility and circulation while alleviating pain and reducing stress levels.

What Makes Posture Perfect!TM Unique
Posture Perfect!TM is unique because it utilizes the only known exercise program that has been shown in medical studies to reduce the likelihood and incidence of compression fracture. The activities and exercises also help alleviate pain, strengthen the body and relax your mind all at the same time. It is both safe and effective for all ages while targeting the muscles that help you sit and stand-up straight and keep from falling.

Small Groups or Individual Attention
It's your choice. Join a small group or elect to enjoy the personal attention of individual sessions. Each individual or small group class teaches simple, safe, easy to learn health-based exercises that you can practice in the comfort of your own home.

Strengthening Your Foundational Muscles
The Posture Perfect!TM exercises strengthen your back, hip and postural muscles; protect your spine and hips, prevent falls and fractures and alleviate back pain. Preventing falls and improving posture can significantly reduce your risk of fractures of the hip and spine.

All Abilities Can Benefit
All abilities can benefit from practicing the Posture Perfect!TM exercises. Younger people can use the Posture Perfect!TM exercise to help prevent back and bone problems and increase bone health. Later in life the exercises are effective at relieving back and neck pain and improving balance, bone and muscle strength and self-confidence.

Sara Meeks Certified
Each one hour class is taught by Woody McMahon, a Meeks Level 1 and 2 Certified Instructor. His classes blend the posture correction work of Sara Meeks, PT  with additional balance, strengthening and movement activities. with balance, strengthening and movement activities. Other benefits of Posture Perfect!TM include enhanced body image, better coordination, increased bone strength and reduced pain and stiffness.

Reston, Herndon, Arlington and Middleburg
Posture Perfect!TM classes are appropriate for all ages and health and fitness levels. Each class meets for one hour a week for 8 weeks. Class sizes are limited to eight people to maximize individual attention. Individual Posture Perfect!TM classes as well as Skype sessions are availabile as well.
