Numerous surveys have shown that staying active, independent and having fun are vitally important to older adults. Maintaining good balance may be the most important component in addressing these goals.
On November 10th at 1pm and 6:30pm we are holding two Fall Prevention and Balance Testing Workshops at Congregation Beth Emeth in Herndon, VA. These workshops are free of charge and open to the general public. All ages and abilities are invited to attend. We will test your balance, discuss how to improve it and then demonstrate Dr. Li's excellent program called Tai Chi... Moving for Better Balance for improving your balance.
