Table Tennis (Ping Pong) is a Great Brain Stimulator
Dr. Oz, Dr. Amen and Dr. Wendy Suzuki all agree that Ping Pong is a healthy way to stimulate your body and brain because it requires movement, focus, eye-hand coordination, strategy and counting skills. There is additional evidence to support the use of therapeutic table tennis to improve brain health especially with Alzheimers disease.

All abilities can benefit from participating in the
Brain GamesTM sessions. People of all ages can use the Brain GamesTM exercises to help stimulate balance, bone and muscle strength, brain function and self-confidence.

Reston, Herndon, Arlington and Middleburg

Brain GamesTM classes are appropriate for all ages and health and fitness levels. Each class meets for one hour a week for 8 weeks. Class sizes are limited to 8 people to maximize individual attention. Individual Brain GamesTM classes as well as Skype sessions are availabile as well.

    A mindful and holistic approach to Fall Prevention, Balance, Full Body Functional Strengthening and Posture Exercises for All Ages!
