The Meeks Method Can Help
   You Feel Better Faster

Who is Sara Meeks, PT?
Sara Meeks, PT is a physical therapist with over 50 years experience in
the field of osteoporosis management and postural correction. She is a
leader in the field with her work known and respected throughout the
world. Her commitment to teaching safe and effective exercise led her to
create Sara Meeks' Seminars.

Sara on The Importance of Good Posture
Sara believes that good posture is essential for better health. While working
with us to develop the Posture Perfect!TM  exercise program, she mentioned
many times posture's effect on circulation, digestion and breathing. She
reminded us that better posture helps alleviate pain by balancing muscles
and relieving stress on the knees, hips, back and neck. Good posture results
from muscles that are strong, flexible and balanced. The muscles that are
responsible for good posture are also critical in helping maintain balance.

Sara on Balance Basics
Sara's exercises also help with balance. Good balance is crucial to living a long
and independent life. Standing or walking without assistance is difficult without
good balance. How many times have you heard of someone falling and breaking
a hip and never fully recovering? You learned to balance when you were young.
Posture Perfect!TM helps you re-learn good balance and practice it every day
of your life. Good balance can and will literally save your life!

Sara Says Good Posture is a Habit
Like most things you do, good posture is a habit. The first step to improving
your posture is awareness. Posture Perfect!TM makes you aware of your
posture and allows you to start slowly correcting it. You will be more mindful
of your body when you sit, stand and lie down.

Personal attention is the key to improving your health and fitness. Whether
you choose the one-on-one classes or the small group approach, you get
